Living the Word of God

Here’s a nugget

If you saturate your senses with what is good, then you can discern what is bad; thus keeping yourself free from sin. How, one may ask? God being the example of what is good, only wants great things for you as does a natural father wants for his own child but even more. So if you have lack, sickness, drama in your home, unsaved children, bills needing paid, etc. it may be because you haven’t grasped yet that God only does good and expects you to receive the good that He has given us and our Lord Jesus died on the cross for you to receive.

Fear blocks finances from the miraculous hand of God. Before any life changing event can manifest in your life, you’ve got to let go of doubt, fear, unbelief or any preconceived notions that God can’t or won’t give you what you ask of Him. If God will perform the words He spoke, then our responsibility is to believe that God will do those things you expect. He will perform His word but not according to your time frame. Someone said: “He (God) MAY NOT COME WHEN YOU WANT Him, but He’s always on time.

So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. Galatians 6:9 NLT

It is not because you are so good or have such integrity that you are about to occupy their land. The LORD your God will drive these nations out ahead of you only because of their wickedness, and to fulfill the oath he swore to your ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Deuteronomy 9:5 NLT
