Living the Word of God

Being An Ambassador for Christ

Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age” (Matthew 28:18-20 NIV).

With this commission comes great responsibility. Not only are you to care for the souls of others above yourself, you take the role of an Ambassador with all the power of the King of Kings at your disposal (2nd Corinthians 5:20). When you understand this, then you can say with confidence: “The devil has no hold on me as written in John Chapter 14:30 “I don’t have much more time to talk to you, because the ruler of this world approaches. He has no power over me.”

Juan 14:30 RVR
